The Union de Radioaficionados Espanoles,  Spain's IARU member society, was founded on 1 April 1949.  Celebrating URE's  75th anniversary,  a month-long activity  will take place  from  1 to 30 April. Look for AO75URE and 18 other special stations representing the Autonomous Communities  and Autonomous Cities of the country:

Ben DL6FBL,  Win DK9IP  and Lutz DM6EE will be active from  Easter Island (SA-001)  from  18 April to 6 May.  They had requested CD0Y, but,  "due to some  local incompatibilities  in Chile,  we probably have to change our callsign 3G0YA ", they say.  Updates will be posted  to https://www.qrz.com/db/CD0Y.  They will operate SSB, FT8 and CW  on 160-6 metres.  On FT8 they will be using MSHV software ("stay above 1000 Hz when calling/working us").
